Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs service cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds made through CareMedizipp, operated by Carezipp Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By booking services on https://care.medizipp.com/, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Cancellations by User
a. Timely Cancellations
  • Users may cancel a booked service within the permitted cancellation window displayed at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations within the allowed timeframe may be eligible for a full or partial refund, after deduction of applicable platform or payment gateway charges.
  • Full Refund: Cancellation made 24 hours before service start.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellation made 12 hours before service start.
b. Late Cancellations
  • Cancellations made after the permitted window may attract a partial refund or no refund.
  • Refund eligibility depends on service type, staffing allocation, and operational costs incurred.
c. No-Show Policy

If the user or patient is unavailable at the service location at the scheduled time (“No Show”), no refund shall be issued.

2. Rescheduling of Services
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to service start.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of healthcare professionals.
  • Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional charges or may be declined.
3. Cancellations by CareMedizipp

Carezipp Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

  • Unavailability of healthcare professionals
  • Safety concerns at the service location
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, system failures, etc.)

In such cases, users will be offered either a rescheduled service or a refund for the unutilized portion of the service, as applicable.

4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines typically range between 3–7 working days.
  • Carezipp Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Services already partially or fully delivered
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the user
  • Unsafe or unsuitable service environment
  • User misconduct or violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Emergency situations caused by user-side issues
6. Subscription / Package Services (If Applicable)
  • Subscription or bundled packages are non-transferable.
  • Refunds for unused services will be governed by package-specific terms shown at purchase.
