• CareMedizipp / Platform: Digital healthcare service platform operated by Carezipp Private Limited.
• User / Customer: Any individual or entity using the Platform.
• Services: Home healthcare services including nursing care, caretaker services, elderly care, post-operative care, rehabilitation support, and related services.
• Healthcare Professionals: Nurses, caregivers, therapists, and healthcare personnel onboarded through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided.
• Users are responsible for account confidentiality.
• Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.

3. Nature of Services

• Only non-emergency home healthcare services are provided.
• Services depend on availability and location.
• No emergency medical services are offered.
• The Platform acts only as a service facilitator.

4. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through the Platform.
• Service details and pricing are shown before confirmation.
• Payments are processed via secure online gateways.
• Pricing may be revised at any time.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must follow Platform timelines.
• Refunds are subject to refund policy.
• Late cancellations may attract charges.
• Rescheduling depends on availability.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate patient details.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment.
• Misconduct may result in service termination.
• No misuse or unlawful activity is allowed.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

User data is collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for delays beyond control.
• No guarantee of medical outcomes.
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• No liability for acts beyond agreed service scope.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform content is the exclusive property of Carezipp Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination of Access

Access may be terminated for violations, misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity. Outstanding dues remain payable.

11. Amendments to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Direct Engagement Restriction (Non-Circumvention)

Healthcare professionals introduced through CareMedizipp may not be directly engaged without written consent from Carezipp Private Limited.
